Carlos Moreira is responsible for the creativity that is a hallmark of Allpa Culinaria cuisine.  Carlos oversees the culinary direction of the business , including all menu production wine , beer and cocktail supervision  and management .


Lissette Quiroz: Operation Manager / Gastronomic Consultant

Lissette is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Allpa Culinaria business , image and concepts.  She has a big hand in the concept , design and execution of all the events, lay outs and decor , and also supervises all the dinning room operations .
